3 core exercises. Every day. For 30 days.

Every day you'll receive an email that tells you which 3 exercises you'll do that day. 3 exercises that should take less than 5 minutes to do.

One exercise will be for the front of your core (a.k.a. your abs); one will be for the back of your core (a.k.a. your glutes); and one will be for the side of your core (a.k.a. your obliques).

It's shocking how much stronger you can get from a remarkably small amount of exercise. It's also shocking how hard it is to get around to doing 5 minutes of exercise per day for 30 consecutive days. That's what makes this a challenge!

Are you up for the challenge?

Each daily email will include 3 suggested exercises to do, along with videos showing how to do each exercise. After the first day, there will only be one new exercise introduced each day, which means you'll do each exercise for 3 days. This is so you can do each exercise enough times that you'll get the hang of it and also to make sure you don't have to spend too much time learning new exercises. The email will also include both a beginner and an advanced suggestion for how many repetitions of each exercise and/or how long you'll hold the exercise.
